Volunteers are a welcome part of the Gilford Elementary School community.  If you are planning on volunteering in any manner (classroom volunteer, chaperone, etc.), please complete the background investigation and criminal records check. The Gilford Volunteer Policy and Volunteer Requirement documents are posted below. The next volunteer fingerprinting and orientation sessions will be:
Tuesday, June 19th at the SAU Office.
You will need to bring your photo ID and
should choose either the 9:00-11:00 AM session or 12:00-2:00 PM session.

You will need to take action now to be ready to volunteer in our school. You will need to be fingerprinted and have a photo identification taken by our school district. The fingerprints will then be sent to Concord for a thorough background check by the State Police and the FBI. You will be issued a volunteer photo identification ID and you will need to bring that with you each time you volunteer in our school. Many thanks for all you do to help out in our schools and to keep our learners safe.
